We paid attention to aerodynamic shape and gradient
of solar cells. We adopted elliptical shape. We did not make a new
chassis because we wanted to concentrate on making a brand new body.
We also decided to create tire covers. |

The basic performance of the car became much better.
It was a big loss that the solar panels peeled off during the race
in Suzuka.
But in Kobe, we won the class championship for the first time. We
got a boost from this result. |
