  Although dimension of the body is 5000mm x 1800mm, its weight is about 30kg including cells.
The materials are styrene boards for stiffening ribs, foamed polystyrene for forming structural unit and Zylon® for reinforcement.

  Zylon® is the next generation super fiber with strength and modulus almost doubles that of p-Aramid fiber. It is very light, but has the highest tensile strength and modulus, flame resistance and thermal stability. Its typical applications are protective clothings for the fire fighters, heat-resistant clothings for astronauts, sailcloths, and so on.(>>more info)

  We use 7mm styrene boards for ribs.

We bonded foamed styrene together like stairs. Then trimmed off the excess parts smoothly. However, the rear of the body has a smaller curvature, we bowed 5mm styrene boards along the ribs.

  We bonded Zylon woven fabric with epoxy for reinforcement.
Zylon has a good heat conductance like metal. It would take the heat from cells.
