Although dimension of the body is 5000mm x 1800mm, its weight is
about 30kg including cells.
The materials are styrene boards for stiffening ribs, foamed polystyrene
for forming structural unit and Zylon® for reinforcement.
Zylon® is the next generation super fiber with strength and
modulus almost doubles that of p-Aramid fiber. It is very light, but
has the highest tensile strength and modulus, flame resistance and
thermal stability. Its typical applications are protective clothings
for the fire fighters, heat-resistant clothings for astronauts, sailcloths,

ribs
We use 7mm styrene boards for ribs.
structural unit
We bonded foamed styrene together like stairs. Then
trimmed off the excess parts smoothly. However, the rear of the
body has a smaller curvature, we bowed 5mm styrene boards along
the ribs.
surface finish
We bonded Zylon woven fabric with epoxy for reinforcement.
Zylon has a good heat conductance like metal. It would take the heat
from cells.
