outline 　 　 Our chassis is monocoque 'tub' structure made by CFRP. The core material for sandwich construction is foamed polyimide. 2 carbon composite layers bonded to its both sides. 　 　 　 　 We made our chassis by hand lay-up laminating. The strength is weaker than what is made by vacuum lamination. To reinforce its weakness, we made it as compactly as possible.
